Cancellation Policy

At HAVEN Fragrances, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@havenperfume.com with your order details.
  • If the cancellation request is made after 2 hours, the order will be processed, and no cancellation will be possible.

Order Cancellation by HAVEN Fragrances

HAVEN Fragrances reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • If there are technical or pricing errors on the website.
  • If the order is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
  • If the customer provides incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

In such cases, we will notify you via email, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If you cancel the order within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our Exchange Policy (as we do not accept returns).
