At HAVEN Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

• We do not accept returns.
• Returns will only be entertained if an incorrect item is delivered.
• In case of an incorrect product delivery, the issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

2. Exchange Process (For Incorrect Item Delivered Only)

To request an exchange due to an incorrect item, follow these steps:

1. Email support@havenperfume.com with your order number, product details, and images of the incorrect item within 72 hours of delivery.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return pickup of the incorrect item.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the correct product within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if an incorrect item has been delivered and cannot be exchanged due to unavailability.
• Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Orders where the correct product has been delivered.
• Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
• Requests made after 72 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@havenperfume.com.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This policy is governed by the laws of India.
