1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• In case of high demand, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you accordingly.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Express Shipping: ₹XX (Faster delivery option, available at checkout)
• The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
• If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@havenperfume.com.

6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges will apply if the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and provide a replacement or refund.

8. Change of Shipping Address

• Address modifications are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This shipping policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
